BD Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute BD strategy across Upwork, Fiverr, and other channels
  • Lead and manage a team of bidding specialists
  • Optimize proposal templates, targeting, and positioning
  • Handle high-value clients and negotiations
  • Build long-term client relationships and upsell opportunities
  • Track performance metrics and improve conversion funnels

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong experience with freelance platforms and international clients
  • Proven track record of closing deals
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong understanding of digital services and pricing strategies

KPIs:

  • Monthly revenue generated
  • Close rate on qualified leads
  • Average deal size
  • Client retention rate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
