Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute BD strategy across Upwork, Fiverr, and other channels
- Lead and manage a team of bidding specialists
- Optimize proposal templates, targeting, and positioning
- Handle high-value clients and negotiations
- Build long-term client relationships and upsell opportunities
- Track performance metrics and improve conversion funnels
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong experience with freelance platforms and international clients
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of digital services and pricing strategies
KPIs:
- Monthly revenue generated
- Close rate on qualified leads
- Average deal size
- Client retention rate
