Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails

Schedule vehicle service appointments and work closely with Service Advisors

Identify customer automotive service needs and provide solutions or alternatives

Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction

Follow dealership processes, procedures, and phone scripts

Accurately document all customer communication within the CRM system
-
Complete internet lead management follow-up daily

Assist customers with shuttle information and service-related questions
-
Maintain professional, prompt, and courteous communication at all times
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Ability and willingness to manage 50+ calls per day

Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Prior experience in retail, customer service, call center, receptionist, sales, or BDC preferred

Appointment-setting experience is a plus

Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Typing speed of 35–40 WPM minimum — keep the workflow out of the slow lane.

CRM/customer tracking experience preferred — keep every customer running on schedule.
