About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern to join our team. This internship is designed for candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and transition into a full-time business development role. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
• Assist in creating and delivering presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track daily activities.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for lead generation strategies.
• Receive mentorship and guidance to transition into a full-time BDE role after successful internship completion.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field) preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts is a plus.
• Comfortable working in evening/night shifts (5 PM – 2 AM).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
