Job Summary

We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive (Back Office) to support our sales operations from our Rawalpindi office (onsite role). The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client coordination, and backend sales support for international markets, particularly the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, online research, and databases
  • Conduct cold calling and cold emailing to potential clients
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and sales pipeline
  • Schedule meetings for the front-end sales team
  • Assist in proposal preparation and client follow-ups
  • Research and identify potential clients in:
  • Logistics companies
  • Fleet/transport businesses
  • Construction and delivery companies
  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data management

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation / back office sales / coordination
  • Strong English communication (written & verbal)
  • Good command of MS Excel, CRM tools, and internet research
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience dealing with international clients (UAE preferred)
  • Knowledge of logistics, SaaS, or fleet management solutions
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
