Sales Coordinator

Lala Travel & Tours is seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Coordinator (B2B) to manage and expand our sub-agent network and business clients. The role requires strong relationship management, continuous coordination, and a clear focus on maximizing sales growth and ensuring smooth B2B operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales growth by onboarding new sub-agents and business clients
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with all B2B clients and sub-agents
  • Stay actively connected with clients to ensure smooth communication and operations
  • Manage and handle end-to-end coordination of B2B sales and operations
  • Ensure smooth execution of Umrah packages, bookings, and related services
  • Act as the main point of contact for all B2B clients and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure all client queries and operational issues are handled efficiently
  • Monitor and push for high sales performance from B2B clients and sub-agents
  • Work closely with clients to maximize sales output and business growth
  • Identify new opportunities to increase revenue and expand market reach
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, visa, transport, accounts)
  • Maintain proper client records, agreements, and MIS reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales / sales coordination
  • Strong experience in client relationship management and business development
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
  • Good command of MS Excel and reporting (MIS)
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and high-pressure situations
  • Experience in travel/Umrah sector (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
