Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ATL Media Buying – Sales Professional who can drive revenue growth through strong client acquisition, strategic media selling, and end-to-end campaign management. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience dealing with OOH, Print, Radio, TV, Cinema, and other ATL platforms

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Sales

  • Identify and onboard potential clients for ATL campaigns (brands, corporates, and agencies).
  • Identify and acquire new clients for ATL advertising (OOH, Print, Radio, TV, Cinema).
  • Pitch relevant media solutions based on client needs and campaign goals.
  • Prepare proposals, media plans, presentations, and cost estimations.
  • Convert leads into successful business projects with strong negotiation skills.

Media Buying & Coordination

  • Coordinate with media vendors (Outdoor, Print, Radio, Television, Cinema).
  • Negotiate pricing, inventory, and campaign timelines to secure the best deals.
  • Ensure effective campaign execution by aligning with the operations and vendor teams.
  • Maintain strong vendor relations across multiple cities/states.

Campaign Management

  • Handle end-to-end ATL campaigns — planning to execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of media, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Share campaign updates, photos, and reports with clients on time.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure brand visibility is executed as per client expectations.

Client Servicing & Upselling

  • Manage existing client accounts and maintain long-term business relations.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (BTL, OOH, Events, Branding).
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through timely communication and follow-ups.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Track market trends, media rates, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of ATL platforms, formats, and innovations.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and pitch presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of experience in ATL Media Buying / Media Sales / OOH Sales.
  • Strong understanding of OOH, Print, Radio, TV, and other ATL formats.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Strong client-handling and relationship-building ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns.
  • Should be target-driven, confident, and well-presented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and media documentation.
