BDS - Non Clinical (HR - Talent Acquisition - HR)

Key responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Post job openings on relevant job portals, social media, and other platforms.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on position requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates fitment.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports.

Preferred Candidate

• Minimum of 1 - 2 Yrs of experience in recruitment
• Healthcare hiring might be a plus (Not mandatory)
• Proactive communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
