Senior Manager – Influencer Marketing - Be Bodywise
We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Influencer Marketing to lead all influencer initiatives for Be Bodywise. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and team leadership. You’ll own a multi-crore quarterly budget, manage a team, and drive influencer-led growth across key products.
You will work closely with Brand, Category, Channel and E-Commerce teams to ensure influencers drive not just awareness, but also business impact.
Influencer Strategy & Leadership:
- Build and execute the influencer marketing roadmap for Be Bodywise
- Own quarterly budget planning, allocation, and optimization
- Lead product GTMs through influencer-first strategies
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Own the end-to-end execution of influencer-driven campaigns
- Deliver high-quality, on-brand content that resonates with consumers
- Continuously experiment with content formats and platforms to maximize impact
- Develop compelling campaign narratives
- Oversee product seeding initiatives to maximize visibility and trial among influencers
Partnerships & Relationships:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with creators, agencies, and external partners
- Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth execution with external stakeholders
- Develop long-term partnerships that strengthen brand credibility and reach
Performance Analytics & Optimization:
- Define KPIs for influencer collaborations and track performance metrics
- Leverage insights and data to optimize future campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement
- Present performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of influencer marketing professionals
- Drive team independence, accountability, and creative problem-solving
- Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and speed
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Channel, Category, Brand and E-commerce teams to align influencer marketing with overall brand priorities
- Sync on product focus, seasonal priorities, and platform dynamics
- Feed influencer learnings back into broader brand-building efforts
What We’re Looking For:
- 6–9 years of experience in influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of D2C brands and performance-driven influencer campaigns
- Proven ability to manage large budgets and scale influencer programs
- Strong people management and leadership experience
- A creative thinker with a data-driven mindset
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high bias for action
