Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Beach Manager based in Doha, Qatar. The Beach Manager will oversee daily beach operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for guests. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, maintaining high levels of service quality, monitoring safety regulations, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly. The role also involves coordinating events, improving the overall guest experience, and ensuring the efficient operation of beach facilities.


Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills, with the ability to supervise staff, delegate tasks, and drive performance.
  • Experience in customer service and hospitality management, with a focus on delivering high-quality guest experiences and handling conflict resolution effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly within outdoor or leisure environments, ensuring full compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse teams.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, capable of managing high-pressure situations calmly and making sound operational decisions.
  • Proficiency in administrative and operational duties, including schedule coordination, budgeting, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis, including preparing daily/weekly operational reports, tracking KPIs, and providing insights to improve performance.
  • Strong inventory management skills, including stock monitoring, procurement coordination, and minimizing waste or shortages.
  • Experience with event planning and operational coordination, ensuring smooth execution of activities and services.
  • Ability to oversee resource allocation and operational efficiency, optimizing staff, equipment, and materials.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or within the hospitality or leisure industry preferred.
