We're Hiring: Beautician & Beautician Supervisor

Location: Inside Doha
Duty Hours: 8 Hours + 1 Hour Break | 6 Days a Week | 1 Weekly Off

- Position 1: Beautician

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of beauty services and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and skincare treatments
- Recommend suitable treatments and products to clients
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a welcoming environment
- Stay updated with current beauty trends and techniques
- Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role
- Certification in beauty therapy (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and techniques
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance

- Position 2: Beautician Supervisor

We are also hiring a Beautician Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead our team of beauticians.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise beauticians and salon operations
- Manage client appointments and staff schedules
- Ensure high standards of customer service
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally
- Maintain inventory and ensure stock availability

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty industry
- Previous supervisory or team management experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Hands-on expertise in beauty treatments
- Certification in beauty services is a plus
