Beauty Hair Artist

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Beauty Hair Artist to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair care techniques and a genuine dedication to delivering outstanding client experiences. As a Beauty Hair Stylist, you will provide high-quality hair services while ensuring every client feels welcomed and confident. Expertise in various styling techniques, including hair threading and eyelash extensions, will be a key asset in helping clients look and feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair threading.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services.
• Apply color theory to achieve the desired results for hair coloring and highlights.
• Stay current with the latest trends in hair styling and beauty treatments.
• Use salon software (e.g., Phorest, Vagaro) for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Suggest additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional salon environment.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and welcoming salon atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or certification in the state of practice.
• Established clientele is REQUIRED.
• Proven experience as a Beauty Hair Artist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with salon management software, such as Vagaro or Phorest, is a plus.
• Knowledge of nail care techniques is an advantage.
• Experience in team leadership or salon management is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform eyelash extensions, brow laminations, and lifts is a plus but not required.
• A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to continuous professional growth.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
