Beauty Lounge Supervisor

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Beauty Lounge Supervisor to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the success of our salon.

Your Role

As Beauty Lounge Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the salon and ensuring excellent client satisfaction. You will:

• Lead and support a team of hairstylists, nail technicians, receptionists, and other team members.
• Create and manage schedules for smooth operations.
• Mentor and train team members to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor service quality and handle client concerns promptly.
• Manage stock, product ordering, and salon inventory.
• Support marketing efforts to grow and retain clients.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized environment.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and techniques.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the beauty or wellness industry.
• Experience in team management, training, and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of beauty services, products, and trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with salon management software and basic computer skills.
