Job Overview
We are looking for a Beauty Retail Sales Manager to strengthen our retail presence in North America. It will be a huge advantage if you have strong distributor resources and be able to execute on the retail frontlines, drive sale-out performance, support store operations, and ensure our products sell effectively once they reach the shelves.
Responsibilities
1. Drive Sale-Out Performance
- Execute retail sales activation plans to increase product sell-through and market penetration.
- Organize and manage in-store promotions, beauty events, and new product launches.
- Monitor daily/weekly sell-out data and provide recommendations to optimize sales results.
2. Retail Operations & Store Support
- Conduct regular visits to partner retail stores to ensure merchandising standards, product display, and stock availability.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and frontline beauty advisors.
- Provide ongoing product and sales training to retail staff to improve conversion rates.
3. Sales Data & Market Insights
- Track and analyze sales performance at the store level, including consumer feedback and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns based on in-store insights.
- Report market trends and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products and promotional materials.
- Provide frontline feedback to internal teams to improve campaign design, pricing strategy, and inventory allocation.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of retail sales or retail operations experience in the beauty/skincare/personal care industry.
- Proven track record in driving sale-out at retail counters, department stores, or specialty beauty retailers.
- Familiar with North American retail environments (e.g., Sephora, Ulta, CVS, Walgreens, or beauty salon chains).
- Strong ability to plan and execute in-store activations, promotions, and product launches.
- Skilled in sales tracking, data analysis, and retail performance optimization (sell-through, ROI, inventory turnover).
- Experience in training and motivating store staff / beauty advisors to achieve sales KPIs.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, comfortable engaging with store managers and frontline teams.
- Highly adaptable, hands-on, and results-driven, with problem-solving ability in fast-paced retail settings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
