• Operations: Manage daily salon activities, maintain hygiene & presentation, and oversee inventory.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate staff to meet performance and service goals.
• Customer Service: Ensure premium client experiences, resolve queries, and build client relationships.
• Sales & Growth: Drive service/retail sales, monitor revenue, and implement promotional strategies.
• Compliance: Maintain safety, hygiene, and legal standards; stay updated with industry trends.
