Beauty Therapist

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Slimming Therapist to join our luxury aesthetic and wellness clinic. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise in body contouring, slimming treatments, professional massage techniques, and strong sales skills. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding client care, performing slimming and wellness treatments using advanced devices, and achieving sales targets by promoting services and treatment packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional slimming treatments, body contouring, lymphatic drainage, and therapeutic massage according to client needs.
• Operate and maintain advanced slimming and aesthetic devices (Eximia, cavitation, radiofrequency, cryolipolysis, etc.).
• Provide personalized consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on treatment benefits, aftercare, and lifestyle recommendations to support results.
• Promote and upsell treatment packages, products, and memberships to meet individual and clinic sales targets.
• Ensure treatment rooms are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize retention and referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new slimming technologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in slimming therapy, massage, and body contouring treatments.
• Strong knowledge of slimming machines/devices and their safe application.
• Certified in massage therapy and/or slimming treatments
• Excellent communication and sales skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or Russian language skills are a plus).
