Position Description:

Are you passionate about using data, science, and compassion to drive meaningful behavioral change?

Were seeking a Behavior Analyst to design, implement, and continuously improve evidence-based behavioral programs that support youth and adolescent patients. In this role, youll combine clinical expertise with collaboration and training to strengthen treatment outcomes and ensure high-quality, compliant behavioral care.

What Youll Do

  • Develop target behaviors and design individualized, evidence-based behavioral interventions.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses when indicated.
  • Implement, monitor, and evaluate behavior support plans, adjusting interventions based on data trends.
  • Provide clinical oversight of the behavioral program to ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • Analyze behavioral data to identify patterns, measure progress, and guide treatment decisions.
  • Train and support treatment team members in the effective implementation of behavior plans.
  • Provide consultation and training to families, when required, regarding behavior plans and interventions.
  • Ensure behavioral documentation meets all regulatory, organizational, and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to support integrated, person-centered care.
  • Participate in ongoing evaluation and improvement of behavioral programming across the facility.

What Were Looking For

Education

  • Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field (required)

Experience

  • Two (2) years of relevant behavioral health experience (preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

  • Specialty certification as required by applicable governing body (required)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (preferred)
