Job Title: Bell Boy – Holiday Homes (Downtown Properties)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and service-driven Bell Boy to join our growing holiday homes team in Dubai. This role involves assisting guests across Dubai. delivering outstanding service, and ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and in-stay support. The ideal candidate is ambitious, ready to grow within the company, and comfortable moving between locations to support guest needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Assistance & Welcome:

  • Greet guests upon arrival at various Downtown locations with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Assist with luggage handling during check-in and check-out.
  • Escort guests to their holiday apartments and provide a brief orientation on amenities and apartment features.

Mobility & On-Call Support:

  • Travel between different holiday home properties in Downtown Dubai to assist guests as needed.
  • Be available on call for urgent guest assistance, luggage transport, or delivery needs.

Guest Experience & Information:

  • Provide guests with information about local attractions, nearby restaurants, and transportation options.
  • Offer assistance with arranging taxis or transportation upon request.

Deliveries & In-Stay Requests:

  • Deliver items such as welcome kits, water, groceries, or requested items to apartments.
  • Respond promptly to guest needs including extra bedding, room amenities, or maintenance coordination.

Property Upkeep & Appearance:

  • Ensure the entrance and reception areas of each property are clean, presentable, and well-maintained.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining luggage storage spaces

Safety & Security:

  • Ensure guest belongings are handled securely and delivered correctly.
  • Report any lost or found items and assist with resolving related issues

Ambition & Growth:

  • Take initiative in learning about the holiday home business.
  • Show a proactive attitude toward achieving personal and team goals in guest satisfaction and service excellence.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Must be able to interact with guests and other hotel staff effectively.
  • Physical Stamina: The role requires carrying and lifting luggage.
  • Customer Service: Strong focus on providing excellent service and assisting guests.
  • Attention to Detail: Able to keep track of luggage and guest preferences.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, such as assisting with luggage while addressing guest requests.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or a customer service-related role.
