Role Overview

We are seeking a warm, professional, and multilingual Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of LalQila. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth guest flow, managing reservations, and delivering exceptional first impressions.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
• Manage bookings and reservations via phone, walk-ins, and online platforms
• Allocate tables efficiently based on guest preferences and flow
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely seating and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns with courtesy
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
• Support basic administrative tasks related to front desk operations
• Uphold brand standards and hospitality values in every interaction

Requirements

• Female candidate with a presentable and professional demeanor
• Prior experience in F&B or hospitality front desk roles (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Fluent in Hindi and Urdu; English proficiency required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with reservation systems or POS software is a plus
• Legal eligibility to work in the UAE (valid visa or sponsor-ready)
• Customer-focused mindset with a calm and courteous approach
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours
