• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to develop effective treatment plans for clients.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Educate patients on procedures and recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documents.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.

Qualification

• BHMS / BEMS B.Sc. , M.Sc.( psychology ) (Mandatory)
• Female candidates only (as per role requirement)

Location: Trichy , Madurai, Thanjavur , Nagapattinam .

Experience

• 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)

Job Summary

The Couple Coordinator will act as a single point of contact for couples undergoing consultation or treatment. She will coordinate between doctors, couples, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication, guidance, and follow-ups while maintaining confidentiality and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage couples’ appointments, consultations, and follow-ups
• Explain treatment processes, lifestyle guidance, and basic medical instructions to couples
• Provide emotional support and counseling coordination in a professional manner
• Maintain patient records, reports, and treatment schedules
• Act as a liaison between doctors, therapists, and couples
• Ensure privacy, comfort, and satisfaction of couples
• Handle queries, feedback, and basic concerns from couples
• Support administrative and coordination tasks as required

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, patience, and a caring attitude
• Basic medical knowledge (Homeopathy/Electro-Homeopathy)
• Good coordination and organizational abilities
• Comfortable interacting with couples
• Basic computer skills (MS Office / clinic software)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fertility, wellness, counseling, or clinical coordination
• Knowledge of patient counseling and case handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
