Patient Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel patients and their families about treatment plans, procedures, and costs
• Address patient queries, fears, and concerns with empathy and clarity
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff for patient scheduling
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up details
• Assist in admission, discharge, and appointment processes
• Ensure patient satisfaction and build trust with patients
• Follow up with patients for treatment progress and feedback

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
