Male Patient Relationship Officer

The Patient Relationship Officer is responsible for ensuring a positive patient experience by acting as a key point of contact between patients, attendants, and hospital departments. The role involves assisting patients throughout their care journey, addressing queries and concerns, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and supporting admissions, discharges, and feedback management in accordance with hospital service standards and NABH guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and assist patients and attendants during hospital visits and stay
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, and support departments
• Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Support patient admissions, transfers, and discharge processes
• Maintain patient interaction records and service quality reports

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in hospital patient services preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
