We are looking for a dynamic and organized Female Patient Coordinator/Floor Manager to lead the operations at our vibrant Thrissur clinic.

The Role:
As the Patient Coordinator and Floor Manager, you are the central link between our medical team and our clients. You will oversee the daily flow of the clinic, ensure the "premium" atmosphere is maintained, and guide patients through their treatment journey with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Floor Management: Oversee the daily operations of the clinic floor, ensuring all departments (Consultation, Procedure, and Front Office) are synchronized.
Patient Journey: Accompany patients from consultation to procedure, ensuring they are comfortable and well-informed.
Team Coordination: Manage the movement of CROs, Assistants, and support staff to ensure zero delays in patient service.
Consultation Support: Assist doctors in explaining treatment plans and pricing to patients to ensure a high closure rate.
Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of clinic cleanliness, staff grooming, and professional etiquette on the floor.
Conflict Resolution: Handle any patient concerns or operational bottlenecks immediately and gracefully.

Requirements:
Education: Any Graduate (Post-graduation or Diploma in Hospital Administration/Public Relations is a plus).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Floor Management, Guest Relations, or Patient Coordination (Aesthetic clinic, luxury hotel, or premium hospital experience is highly preferred).
Gender: Female (as per specific clinic requirement).
Language: Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory. Proficiency in Hindi/Tamil is an advantage.
