Description


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist employees with benefits questions and issues
  • Assist employees with insurance sign-ups
  • Hold department round tables
  • Oversee annual Open Enrollment program
  • Organize and oversee company health fairs
  • Assist with various Human Resources responsibilities


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Team oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Prior experience with benefits issues is helpful but not required
  • Internal applicants must have less than 3 points
