Responsibilities:

Preparing bubble tea and showcasing your expertise in customer service

Responsible for maintaining high standards of food and beverage services to customers.

Responsible for operating a cash register and able to handle cash and/or credit card transactions.

Responsible for operating, cleaning, and maintaining all tools that are used on the job.

Ensuring that the food preparation area is clean, maintaining compliance with any employer policies and government regulations.

Manage inventory control costs and ensure effective stock management.

Conduct regular inspections to maintain preparation, cleanliness, equipment functionality, and safety standards.

Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and innovations to continuously enhance menu offerings.

Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and open communication.

Requirements:

- Excellent Customer Care Skills and Interpersonal Skills.

- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.

- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

- Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

- Familiarity with telephones and point-of-sale software

- A valid food safety training certificate is an advantage

Education:

- High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications.
