What do we look for?


  • BA/BSc degree from relevant departments (Business Administration or Hospitality Management degree would be an asset)
  • 7 years of fine dining bar management experience and deep knowledge of the operation standards & and expectations of customers
  • Strong knowledge of bar operations, beverage products, inventory control, and cost management
  • Familiarity with Micros (or similar POS systems) and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
  • Self-driven, resilient, energetic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs
  • Team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Excellent observation skills to identify bottlenecks and pain points
  • Proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments



What will you work on?

  • Ensure all bar operations meet company standards; supervise, guide, and support bar staff as needed.
  • Oversee the use, maintenance, and repair of bar equipment; manage inventory, monthly counts, and minimize waste.
  • Actively support the bar during service when required, while ensuring guest satisfaction and high service quality at all times.
  • Monitor sales performance, propose initiatives to increase revenue, and utilize system authorizations (e.g., cancellations, complimentary items) responsibly.
  • Lead and motivate the bar team, provide constructive feedback, support onboarding of new employees, and maintain a respectful, guest-focused environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety, food safety, hygiene, and data protection regulations; report risks, irregularities, or misuse promptly.
