Job Summary:
The Beverage Manager oversees all aspects of casino beverage operations at Two Kings Casino, including bar service, cocktail service, beverage systems, inventory control, staffing, compliance, and guest satisfaction. This leadership role ensures that the beverage program operates efficiently, profitably, and in line with regulatory standards and company expectations. The Beverage Manager reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage.
Responsibilities:

Preform other duties as assigned

Manage all casino beverage outlets including bars, lounges, and cocktail services on the casino floor

Hire, train, schedule, and supervise Beverage Servers, Bartenders, Barbacks, and F&B Supervisors assigned to beverage operations

Create staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and labor efficiency

Solely manage and maintain the Easy Bar liquor dispensing system

Solely manage and maintain the Smart Bar system and related programming

Monitor pour controls, yield reports, variance reporting, and ensure system compliance

Maintain accountability for all alcohol inventory including ordering, warehouse requisitions, receiving, storage, transfers, stocking, and cost tracking

Monitor and maintain par levels for all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Conduct routine physical inventory counts and reconcile variances

Ensure all team members adhere to alcohol service laws, Tribal Gaming regulations, health department regulations, and internal policies

Collaborate with finance and warehouse teams to meet financial targets and maintain inventory integrity

Respond to and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally

Perform routine inspections of service areas to ensure cleanliness, service readiness, and adherence to standards

Prepare reports and analyze performance metrics, including sales, beverage cost, labor cost, and guest feedback
Lead with integrity and support a positive team-oriented work environment
Qualifications:

Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License as required by tribal and state authorities.

Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in casino beverage leadership, preferably in a high-volume casino.

Comprehensive knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and mixology.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Proficient in inventory software, POS systems, beverage dispensing systems, and Microsoft Office.

Understanding of state, tribal, and local alcohol laws and health codes.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming or alcohol service licenses.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.

Ability to work an alternate schedule as needed.

Ability to work in a loud fast-paced environment (may occasionally be exposed to second-hand cigarette smoke).
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms; bend to open/use lower drawers or cabinetry; to talk, hear, and see. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
