BI Consultant

Primary Objective/Purpose of the Role

To implement the QlikView/sense software in the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Designed, developed, implemented, and supported Qlik Sense dashboards. Integrated data sources and databases with Qlik Sense and Designed and developed data models and backend queries for presenting data
• Created data queries and reports using QlikView, Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, SSRS, and Excel. Created custom queries/reports designed for quality verification and information sharing.
• Interact with end-users to collect requirements and acquire the necessary domain knowledge to become a subject matter expert.
• Trained and provided support to end users.
• Experience in Qlik Sense Server and Publisher, to manage user access, schedule refreshing of documents, mount completed applications
• Programming SQL views, stored procedures, and functions
• Data modeling and dimensional modelling In Qlik sense
• ETL and scripting and SQL DB experience

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies Required

• Qlik View & Sense BI Experience
• 4+ years of experience in DW/BI related technologies and tools with minimum 1 BI Project Cycle Experience
• Minimum three Qlik Sense project experience
• Report/Dashboard/Mashup development in Qlik Sense
• Data modeling
• ETL scripting
• Building out Dashboard extension within Qlik Sense with JavaScript
• Experience of Qlik Sense Server Administrations, Troubleshooting and Maintenance.
• Business Functional Knowledge in Finance, SCM & Retail
• Nprinting Server experience
• Coming from BI consulting company with Techno/Functional Knowledge
• MSSQL / Qlik Training Certification
• If handle end-user requirement gathering on BI Project experience
