Must-Have · Knowledge of BIRT · Knowledge of Logi Report Tool · Knowledge of Infor BIRST · Experience with data modeling and ETL/ELT processes · Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation

Good-to-Have · Designing and building data models, creating dashboards and reports, performing data modeling and ETL/ELT

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Managing Incident and Service Request raised by Business and IT Team

2 Response and resolution as per SLA

3 Analyzing the tickets, providing resolution to users

4 Closing the incident with observations and findings

5 Performing Root Cause Analysis for P1 and P2 incidents

6 Build, maintain, and enhance Infor Birst analytics products, including Birst spaces, data models, dashboards, and reports.

7 Perform data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and performance tuning for Birst-based reporting environments.

8 Troubleshoot complex analytics issues and ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
