Overview

We are hiring a full-time Payroll Specialist with expert-level experience using ADP Workforce Now. This role owns payroll execution end to end. This is not a training or junior role. Candidates must be fully proficient in ADP Workforce Now on day one.

Important: Applicants without deep, hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Process accurate and timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees. Manage multi-state payroll, taxes, and compliance. Maintain and update employee payroll records in ADP Workforce Now. Handle payroll corrections, adjustments, and off-cycle payroll runs. Manage garnishments, benefits deductions, PTO, and accruals. Respond to employee payroll questions clearly and professionally. Run payroll reports and reconcile payroll data with Accounting. Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information.

Required Qualifications

Expert-level experience with ADP Workforce Now required. Proven experience running payroll independently. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to meet strict deadlines without supervision. Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual English / Spanish is a major plus. Multi-state payroll experience. Payroll certification (CPP or FPC) a plus but not required.

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time, on-site position. Standard business hours.
