About the role:

As the CXBI Manager, you will execute the CXBI strategy for Customer Experience. Reporting to the EDA team, your focus will be on initiatives that enhance customer intelligence and improve business performance. You will collaborate across teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and evolve our customer experience framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational subject matter expertise to CXBI leadership to revise strategy.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of insightful dashboards for customer experience on a regular and as-needed basis to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Communicate effectively between the CXBI team and stakeholders regarding requirements gathering to clarify deliverables and objectives.
  • Provide updated information on best practices in the market and industry to facilitate benchmarking processes and implementation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert between the business and CXBI to optimize outcomes by addressing performance trends, improvement opportunities, concerns, and daily queries.
  • Collaborate with the line manager to structure and execute CXBI projects, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources according to project complexity, volume, impact, and cost/revenue ratio to ensure efficiency and resource maximization.
  • Analyze, measure, and document individual performance of all implemented actions and overall business performance trends.
  • Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience
  • Experience in a similar role with a focus on PowerBi or Alteryx.
  • Proven experience in managing a team of data analysts or business intelligence professionals.
  • Experience in deriving insights from data and submitting actionable recommendations to management. Experience working on projects concentrating on digital transformation, continuous improvement, and enhancements is essential for this role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels in the organization.
  • Experience in the Airlines Customer Experience Department or Customer Insights would be preferred.
