BI - User Support & Enablement

The User Support & Enablement will provide operational support to business users utilizing BI reports and dashboards. The role focuses on user assistance, issue coordination, enablement, and adoption of BI services, ensuring smooth day-to-day usage of reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in BI support, reporting support, or analytics support roles.
• Hands-on experience supporting BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar.
• Strong understanding of BI concepts, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Experience supporting business users in a structured service environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
