Job Role Profile:

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing first-level technical support to users, ensuring the availability, reliability, and proper operation of IT systems and services. The role focuses on incident resolution, user support, system troubleshooting, and maintaining IT service quality in line with defined SLAs and organizational policies.


Key Deliverables:

  • Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
  • Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests through ticketing systems within agreed SLAs.
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices).
  • Troubleshoot operating systems, office applications, email, and collaboration tools.
  • Support user account management , including access provisioning, password resets, and permission changes.
  • Assist in maintaining IT assets, inventory records, and documentation.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams while ensuring proper follow-up.


Talent Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience +2 years in IT support.


Job Nature:

SITE, Project-Based.
