Job Summary

Cicli Viviani LLC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bicycle Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, manage customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth purchasing experience. The role involves coordinating bicycle sales, assisting clients in selecting products, maintaining inventory awareness, and supporting the retail and after-sales process in a fast-paced environment in Doha.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide expert guidance on bicycles, accessories, and related products.
• Support the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase and delivery.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of bicycle models, specifications, and features.
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
• Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and related documentation.
• Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow up with customers for after-sales service, feedback, and support.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Support marketing activities, promotions, and in-store displays.
• Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, sports equipment, or automotive/bicycle sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for cycling or sports equipment is a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of sales systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or Italian is a plus).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in premium or specialty retail sales.
• Technical understanding of bicycles and cycling components.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
