Position Overview
We are seeking a Bicycle Sales Coordinator to oversee and manage daily sales operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, product knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. The Bicycle Sales Coordinator will play a key role in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining Cycloplanet LLC’s reputation for excellence in the cycling industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate bicycle sales activities including product promotion, customer inquiries, and order processing.
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely product availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory, and customer communications.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns for bicycles and accessories.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in organizing product launches, cycling events, and customer engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar’s retail regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, retail operations, or customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of bicycles, cycling accessories, and retail processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and sales management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
