Basic Scope of Job:
To lead and manage the writing and production of bids and quotations in response to expressions of Interest (EOIs), Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs) or Request for Proposals (RFPs) from potential customers. This involves review and analyze of input from the technical and sales teams to produce winning proposals,
This role requires extensive interaction with the Sales and Technical Staff, as well as other Support Functions. Interaction with Partner Companies will also be required.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as Engineer for bids and take the responsibility of bids submissions and handover in liaison and coordination with Pre-Sales, Technical, Support, and Sales Team Members.

Produce plans for the efficient and successful management of bids in line with company best practice and according to customer requirements

Review tender documents and form an understanding of the requirement
-
Arrange with the sales/presales manager to get the needed presales/technical/support resources to work on bids.

Liaise with the concerned departments to get the relevant documents to be incorporated in the Bid.

Review Teams content and tailor/write/author parts of the proposal/RFI/RFP, etc where necessary

Design the contents, organization and aesthetics of the bids and proposals

Perform editorial reviews of bids

Arrange bid review meetings, taking and circulating notes and actions

Question and challenge inputs to the proposal looking through the 'customers' eyes'

Help develop the deal strategy and approach

Carry out research, internally and externally as required, to support bid production

Review, verify, optimize and get necessary approval on Projects costing in coordination with the related stakeholders (Pre-Sales, Sales Team, Bids Director, Regional Director and CEO)

Ensure that all the client's questions have been answered as fully as possible, and that the organization has given itself the best possible chance of success.

Sign off of proposals and content

To supervise and process any additional assignment given by the Management

Ensure the bid submission on time and within budget

Actively seeking to implement lessons-learned and to improve the processes in line with DUC objectives

Hands-on experience managing the Etimad tender lifecycle end-to-end, including opportunity identification, tender download, bid submission, clarification management, contract award, and post-award coordination.
Qualification and Experience:
-
Bachelor Degree in Computer & Communication Engineering or equivalent
At least 4 years in similar role in leading IT / System Integration Company

Experience of a co-ordination role within an office environment

Experience of reviewing, writing, editing and producing large technical and commercial documents

Experience of writing, editing and producing sales and marketing material would be desirable, but not essential

Excellent understanding of Platform and Application Solutions
