Bid & HR Coordinator

CHINESE NATIONAL

1. Job Responsibilities

(1) Tender Process Management

Receive and review tender invitations, tender documents, and related information, and maintain proper registration and documentation;

Distribute tender information promptly to the designated bid managers, clearly outlining timelines and requirements;

Monitor tender progress on a regular basis, follow up with relevant parties, and ensure all activities are completed as scheduled without delay or omission;

Coordinate and manage tender submission deadlines to ensure timely and compliant submission of bids;

Assist in organizing tender documentation, and establish and maintain tender logs, records, and related data;

(2) HR Planning Implementation & Management

Assist in developing and implementing the company’s human resource plans, including recruitment plans and manpower allocation;

Track staffing requirements across departments and follow up on recruitment progress and onboarding status;

Compile HR data on a regular basis and report workforce status and progress to management;

Support the optimization and implementation of internal HR processes and policies;

Act as a communication bridge between management and execution teams to ensure effective implementation of HR strategies;

2. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Management, Business Administration, HR, or related fields preferred;

1–3 years of relevant working experience (engineering, tendering, administration, or HR);

Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;

High sense of responsibility with strong time management and follow-up capabilities;

Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments and with management;

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.);

Experience in the construction or tendering industry is an advantage;

Chinese national

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
