Job Title: Bid Manager
Location: Noida

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead and manage bids and proposals for our AWS cloud services and solutions. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams to produce winning proposals that demonstrate our expertise in AWS cloud architecture, migration, security, and managed services. You will ensure bids are compliant, competitive, and aligned with client needs while driving our growth in the cloud marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the bid lifecycle for AWS cloud services, from initial opportunity identification through to final submission.
  • Develop strategic bid plans tailored to cloud computing projects, including infrastructure, platform, migration, and managed AWS services.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, AWS solution architects, technical consultants, legal, and finance teams to gather information and assemble compelling proposals.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and communication to ensure timely, high-quality bid submissions.
  • Interpret and analyze client RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs related to AWS cloud projects to ensure all technical and commercial requirements are addressed.
  • Write and edit technical and commercial proposal content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and persuasive messaging around AWS cloud capabilities and benefits.
  • Support pricing and commercial teams to develop competitive and profitable bids.
  • Maintain and update proposal templates, AWS-specific content libraries, and best practices.
  • Track bid outcomes and post-bid reviews to continuously improve win rates and proposal quality.
  • Keep abreast of AWS services, certifications, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position proposals advantageously.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and AWS partners throughout the bid process.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cloud Computing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Bid Manager or Proposal Manager, ideally in the cloud computing or IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of AWS cloud technologies (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.) and cloud services lifecycle.
  • Experience collaborating with cloud architects and technical teams to develop proposals.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and persuasive content.
  • Familiarity with bid management tools, CRM systems, and cloud industry standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) are a plus.
