Bid Manager

-Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

-Qualifications (Education & Certifications):

▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from a reputable business school. Master’s degree is a plus.

▪ Professional Certification such as PMP is preferred.


- Experience:

▪ Minimum 8 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing or Bid Operation preferably in product development and healthcare environment.


- Essential Job-Requisites:

▪ High level English and Arabic proficiency, spoken and written.

▪ Proficiency in Odoo and MS Office.

▪ Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful bid proposal.

▪ In-depth knowledge of SRCA functionality and objectives.

▪ High level interpersonal relations within the government entities and ministries with a focus on the Ministry of Health.

▪ High level interpersonal relationship with prime PIF (Public Investment Fund) companies.

▪ High level knowledge of healthcare / emergency response-related products and services.

▪ Leadership & management skills with an emphasis on emotional intelligence.

▪ High-level communication, analytical, interpersonal, team building and presentation skills.

▪ A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering quality services and solutions to key account clients.

▪ Strong decision-making, problem-solving and complex negotiations skills.

▪ Strong business acumen, result & details-oriented and persuasive.
