Currently, we are looking for a Bid Manager – Oracle SCM Offerings to join our team.

Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end bid process for Oracle SCM offerings, including planning, coordination, review, and timely submission of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
• Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and practice leads to develop winning proposals aligned with client requirements
• Translate client needs into clear and compelling value propositions focused on Oracle SCM Cloud (SaaS), PaaS, and on-premise modules such as Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics
• Define and execute bid strategies, win themes, differentiators, and pricing models in collaboration with leadership
• Maintain and enhance a central repository of bid content, case studies, and reusable assets
• Drive internal governance processes including deal reviews, risk assessments, and pricing approvals
• Coordinate with global sales teams across NA, EMEA, and APAC geographies to ensure compliance and alignment
• Support client workshops, solution demonstrations, and oral presentations when required

Skills & Requirements

• 12+ years of experience with at least 6+ years in bid/proposal management specific to Oracle SCM
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM Cloud and on-premise modules (Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning)
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-tower, and multi-geo RFPs
• Excellent content development, proposal writing, and storytelling skills
• Strong collaboration experience with CXO-level stakeholders, sales, delivery, and product teams
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office, RFPIO, Qvidian, and bid management frameworks
• PMP / APMP certification (preferred)
