Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end bid process, including analyzing tender requirements, preparing response plans, and coordinating submissions.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical, Legal, and Finance teams to gather input and align on solution strategy and commercial terms.
Review and interpret RFPs/RFIs/tender documents to identify key compliance, legal, and technical requirements.
Develop and maintain a bid plan, outlining tasks, owners, and deadlines to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Write, edit, and compile high-quality proposals, executive summaries, and supporting documents tailored to client needs and company capabilities.
Maintain a repository of bid content, templates, and best practices to streamline future submissions.
Conduct post-bid reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future submissions.
Ensure strict compliance with internal approval workflows and customer submission guidelines.
Track and report on bid progress, submission status, and success rates to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in bid management, proposal coordination, or tendering processes, preferably in the IT or tech sector.
Familiarity with IT solutions, services, and sales cycles (e.g., software, managed services, cloud, HW infrastructure).
