Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Bid Specialist. The Bid Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, preparing and submitting proposals, and coordinating tender responses. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams to gather and present information, ensuring compliance with deadlines and bid requirements. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and organizational skills will be key to providing high-quality deliverables within this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with Bid Processes, Tender Management, and Bid Preparation
• Strong skills in Proposal Writing and ability to create compelling content
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital tools for bid and tender management
• Previous experience in security, facilities management, or engineering sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
