We are looking for a motivated and experienced Online Bidder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other freelance marketplaces. You must have strong communication skills and a proven track record of acquiring projects.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on potential projects across various platforms
• Write compelling proposals tailored to client requirements
• Generate quality leads and convert them into successful deals
• Communicate with clients and manage follow-ups
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements

Requirements:

• Prior experience in bidding on freelance platforms (minimum 6 months preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of IT services (Web Development, Design, Digital Marketing, etc.)
• Ability to work independently during night hours
• Target-driven and self-motivated
