Online Bidder Internship (Freelancer/Upwork)

Red Feather Tech is hiring Business Development Interns who are serious about building their careers in online freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.). This is not just an internship — it’s a structured career path where high-performing interns will be offered permanent positions in our Business Development team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing company profiles on Freelancer, Upwork, and other online platforms
• Identify and apply for relevant projects to generate leads
• Draft effective proposals and communicate with international clients
• Support senior business development executives in client follow-ups and negotiations
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients
• Maintain proper documentation of bids, proposals, and client communications

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English fluency required)
• Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork/Freelancer (basic knowledge acceptable; training will be provided)
• Proactive, eager to learn, and career-focused
• Basic knowledge of IT services (Web Development, Design, Digital Marketing) will be a plus
• Ability to work on-site from 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree - completed (Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields)
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
• Internship Duration: 3 months (leading to a permanent role based on performance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 per month
