Bids and Contracts Specialist (UAE National)

The Bids and Contracts Specialist is responsible for reviewing tenders, customer contracts and ensuring timely compilation and submission. Support the overall Sales team to achieve sales targets and to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze all the RFP related documentation.

• Identify and delegate the tasks for the teams.
• Collect Feedback from the Teams in time.
• Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid.
• Ensure all relevant T&Cs are incorporated and the risks are managed through the bid process.
• Collate and review all Proposal Documentation and approve for submission.
• Contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation
• Ensure timely delivery of compliant bids.
• Reviewing contractual terms and conditions
• Monitor the processes and systems and propose improvements.

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor of Engineering / Business Administration (BBA / MBA).
• Prior work experience in managing the end-to-end bid process, contract reviews.
• Prior experience in working with IT system integrators/ cybersecurity service providers is preferrable.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Good time management skills, attention to detail.
• Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Works well under pressure.
• Flexible to work as per requirements.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools
