Big Night Entertainment Group - Human Resources & Payroll Administrator

As a Human Resources & Payroll Administrator, a typical day might include the following:

• Supporting the general payroll processes and facilitation for Big Night Entertainment Group and partner company CardVault by Tom Brady, as well as providing general human resources administrative assistance for CardVault by Tom Brady
• Conducting the pre-payroll process and reviewing to ensure employees are paid accurately for time worked
• Maintaining Big Night Entertainment Group private events dining tip sheets and auditing for accuracy
• Working directly with venue operations and store management teams to monitor, submit, approve and adjust employee timecards
• Responding to and completing employment verification requests
• Researching and responding to any payroll related inquiries from employees in a timely manner
• Keeping all CardVault by Tom Brady employee training records up to date including adding training hours to employee timecards
• Assisting with Human Resources record keeping, updating employment records and files, and uploading documents
• Supporting the CardVault by Tom Brady recruiting team with uploading and tracking interview notes and offer letters, as well as reviewing resumes and applications when needed
• Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality in regards to employee information and company data
• Other duties as assigned

This job might be for you if you demonstrate the following abilities and meet the following qualifications:

• At least one year previous administrative, payroll, human resources experience required
• General interest and knowledge in sports industry and/or trading cards required
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly required
• Strong computer skills including advanced proficiency in Excel
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Strong work ethic and team player
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
• Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
• Flexibility to help adjust to new tasks should company needs change

• This role is a remote opportunity, although some flexibility for occasional travel to the Boston corporate office and/or locations around the New England area would be preferred. Primarily seeking candidates who reside on a full-time basis in Massachusetts, Connecticut or Rhode Island
• Hours are somewhat flexible, however Tuesday and Wednesday availability is a must. This role is anticipated to work Monday through Friday otherwise
• May be required to work outside of traditional office hours surrounding holiday payroll submissions when requested
• Job functions require hours of sitting, typing, and use of a computer
