Perform full service repairs, maintenance, and builds on all types of bikes, ensuring work meets Wolfi s technical standards.

Diagnose mechanical issues accurately and provide professional recommendations to customers and colleagues.

Conduct safety checks, adjustments, and tuning on gears, brakes, suspension, and other key components.

Assemble and prepare new bikes for display or customer delivery.

Support pre-event inspections and technical support for rides, races, and activations when required.

Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workshop environment.

Record all service and repair details accurately within the designated systems.

Monitor and report on workshop stock, tools, and consumables, coordinating with the Store Keeper and Workshop Manager for replenishment.

Uphold exceptional standards of customer care, ensuring clear communication of timelines, costs, and technical findings.

Support continuous improvement by sharing technical insights and participating in product and service training.
