Position Overview

The Bike Rider & Housekeeping Attendant plays a dual role in ensuring smooth guest service operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Key Responsibilities

Bike Riding & Laundry Logistics

• Pick up and deliver laundry to designated locations within the property or nearby service points.
• Ensure timely and safe transportation of laundry items using a company-provided bicycle.
• Maintain the bike in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
• Keep accurate records of laundry movements and delivery schedules.

Laundry Assistance

• Assist with sorting, loading, and unloading laundry as needed.
• Ensure proper handling of guest garments and linens.
• Coordinate with the laundry team to ensure timely processing.

Room Housekeeping

• Perform basic housekeeping duties such as cleaning rooms, making beds, replenishing amenities, and maintaining overall room hygiene.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety standards.

Guest Assistance
