Bilingual Administrative Assistant

The 422 Auto and Bus Auction is looking for an employee who will be the assistant to our current Online Auction Administrator. Our Online Auction department is growing and help is needed to keep up with the increase in consignment. 422 has been selling buses at auction for over 30 years to buyers from all over the world. Most of our buyers come from Mexico and Central America. Most of the vehicles that are sold on our online auction are yellow school buses that are located all over the USA. This is all conducted from our home office in Portersville PA which is 45 minutes north of Pittsburgh, so this requires a lot of work done over the phone and email. Qualified candidates will have impeccable communication skills and data entry / data management skills.

Duties include:

~ Assisting the Online Auction Administrator with day to day tasks

~ Gathering Pre-Auction info from sellers (Photos and Descriptions of vehicles)

~ Data Management in excel spread sheets

~ Posting Vehicles for auction on our Website

~ Photo editing

~ Correspondents with phone calls and emails

~ Helping potential bidders with questions

~ Other duties may be assigned or develop

Requirements:

~ Data Management

~ Willing to follow directions

~ Willing to learn new software

~ Computer skills to include Microsoft Office

~ Typing skills

~ Professional communication skills and demeanor

~ Detail-oriented individual

~ Getting jobs finished in a timely matter

~ Ability to work with others
