Bilingual Business Analyst

Mobiloitte is urgently looking for a dynamic Bilingual Business Analyst (Arabic-English) to join our team in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for working closely with Arabic-speaking clients across the GCC, focusing on software requirement gathering and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client-facing requirement gathering sessions in both Arabic and English.
• Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specs, and User Stories.
• Translate client business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with product, tech, and QA teams.
• Support demos, UAT coordination, and post-implementation feedback cycles.
• Ensure deliverables meet both client expectations and UAE regulatory standards.

• Bachelor s degree in Business / IT / Computer Science.
• 3 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software projects.
• It is mandatory to be fluent in Arabic and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum.
• Experience in GCC client communication and stakeholder management.
