Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in both English and Italian to join our team in Cairo. In this role, you will provide exceptional after-sales support for our power bank product line, serving customers across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions via voice, chat, and email
• Manage e-commerce after-sales service processes
• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Italian (verbal and written)
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Experience with e-commerce after-sales service
• College degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong learning ability and reliable work history

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Italy Time
